Snap!

Olivia and Samantha were really keen to play snap this afternoon.  Unfortunately, the only cards I have in the house are a brand new pack I bought to play cribbage with the husband.  I didn't really want them to get destroyed by an enthusiastic game of snap.

I suggested making our own snap cards.  We fished in the craft supplies and found a pile of assorted stickers and a pack of index cards.

The girls helped me sort through the stickers and find matching pairs, then we stuck them on the index cards.  Hey presto - snap cards.

They have survived the first game, and I'm not really bothered if they get destroyed.
